What’s Included

Depending on your plan, services may include:

WordPress core, plugin, and theme updates
Automated backups and monitoring
Security and uptime checks
Small content edits (Professional & Business plans)
WooCommerce monitoring (Business plan)

Some maintenance tasks are handled using automation tools with human oversight.

Content Edit Limits

Content edits are limited to:

Text changes
Image replacements
Minor layout adjustments

They do not include:

Full redesigns
New page creation from scratch
Custom functionality

Unused monthly edit time does not roll over.

What’s Not Included

MaintPress does not provide:

Custom plugin or theme development
Full website redesigns
SEO campaigns or content writing
Hosting or server management
Third-party SaaS or API debugging

Hosting & External Services

You are responsible for maintaining active hosting and third-party services.
MaintPress is not responsible for failures caused by hosting providers or external platforms.
