Refund Policy

We believe in transparency and fairness when it comes to refunds.


Subscription Refunds

New subscriptions are eligible for a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase if:

  • No major work has been completed
  • No abuse or misuse of services has occurred

After 7 days, all subscription payments are non-refundable.


One-Time Services

All one-time services are non-refundable once work has started.

If we are unable to complete a purchased service due to technical limitations, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.


Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past payments.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider.
